About this puzzle
Name the Character shows a single portrait and asks for a name. There are no attribute clues and no partial credit: either you recognise the face, or you work it out from what the artwork is telling you.
Costume and setting carry more than they first appear to. Armour, jewellery, hairstyle, and the colour of a cloak all place a character in a particular court, school, or moment in the story. The roster is the same one Character Guess draws from, so time spent in either mode pays off in the other.
