- An answer you believe is wrong, or a character attribute that contradicts the books
- A bug — a puzzle that will not load, a guess that is not accepted, an image that never appears
- Suggestions for characters, quotes, monsters, or emoji riddles worth adding
- Translation corrections, especially in Polish
- Copyright, attribution, or takedown requests
- Advertising, press, and anything else business-related
Reporting a broken puzzle
If something is broken it helps enormously to include three things: which puzzle mode, the date shown in the site header, and what you did immediately before it went wrong. A screenshot is worth more than a paragraph of description.
There is also a feedback button in the footer of every page, which sends a short note without opening your mail client. Use whichever is easier — both arrive in the same place.
Response times
This is a side project rather than a job, so replies get written in the evenings and at weekends. Expect a few days rather than a few hours. Everything gets read, even when it does not get a reply.
Press and business
For advertising, partnership, or press enquiries, use the same address and put “Business” in the subject line so it does not get lost among the puzzle suggestions.
